As mentioned in lab meeting today: This weekend I will be evaluating the educational videos on Yahara watershed issues I’ve been working on with participants from UW Parents’ Weekend. These are for Chris’s Water Sustainability and Climate project. The idea is, you walk along the Lakeshore Path and stop every so often to watch a new video on your mobile device. Some of the “tour” times are not filled so if you’d like to check it out just come down to the terrace (meeting at the picnic tables along the lake) at one of the times below. If you have a smartphone or tablet with a data plan, bring it along. Otherwise I will have iPads you can borrow. Feel free to bring family or a friend (keep in mind these were aimed at an adult audience, though kids could probably learn something too). After the tour, it’d be great if you could take a couple minutes to fill out a survey so we can improve the videos/Walk. Thanks! This article was posted in Uncategorized.
